A Blend of Experience

Josh's health journey began in high school as an elite distance runner and soccer player, continuing at a Division 1 program in college. After college, between an Aerospace Engineering career and family, fitness became a challenge. Injuries came all too commonly as finding balance seemed out of reach. After too many years, a return to the endurance community brought back the passion and health of his youth. He then pursued a successful entrepreneurial avenue by owning and operating a successful mobile personal training business in the Houston area. Continuing to learn in the process, he earned numerous certifications in nutrition, strength training, and health coaching.

This gave him a unique perspective into the many trials and successes of business ownership, leadership, and client success.

But that is not all, for Josh brings much more knowledge into the process. His business development, analytics, and technology background combines in offering him a special perspective into the intersection of health and performance in relation to the modern world. It is through this diversity of knowledge that he gets to develop coaching plans that take into consideration not only physical health but also the mental and emotional aspects of a person's being.
